Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn and operate plumbing tools/equipment safely (pipe cutters, drain snakes, hydro-jets)
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications for system layouts
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and local plumbing codes
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior plumbing experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing license (company-sponsored)
