Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and customer feedback
- Perform pipefitting, fixture repair, and drain clearing under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe tool usage
- Document service reports and inventory usage accurately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 6 months
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/after-hours emergencies
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
