Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with fixture installations, pipe repairs, and drain cleaning
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection cameras
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools and materials according to safety protocols
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts used
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for emergency service calls
- Complete OSHA safety training and EPA refrigerant handling certification
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces/crawls
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas County
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing apprentice license within 6 months
