Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and pipe cutting/tapping under supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and guidance from senior technicians
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes at all times
- Maintain clean job sites and properly handle plumbing materials and tools
- Complete documentation and reporting for assigned tasks
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix metro
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing apprentice license within 90 days
