Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn to diagnose basic plumbing issues and perform repairs
- Use hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Follow building codes and safety protocols
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools
- Complete on-the-job training modules
- Provide excellent customer service
- Participate in weekly skills workshops
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic math skills for measurements
