Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems under supervision
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning services
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute plumbing projects
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing issues and implementing solutions
- Maintain clean work sites and proper tool maintenance
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing license within 12 months
