Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under senior supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with guidance
- Ensure compliance with California Electrical Code and safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics on residential/commercial sites
- Operate hand/power tools and test equipment safely
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to obtain California Electrician Trainee certification
