Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Perform drain cleaning and pipe maintenance
- Assist with water heater and fixture installations
- Conduct basic pipefitting and pipe threading tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in paid weekly skills training
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we train!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn industry standards and techniques
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
