Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential/commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn and apply plumbing codes, safety protocols, and best practices
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, fitting, and system testing under supervision
- Diagnose basic plumbing issues and prepare work areas efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clean job sites
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory checks
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required (we train!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
