Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Learn diagnostic techniques for plumbing systems (drains, pipes, fixtures)
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean work areas
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Complete basic pipefitting, soldering, and fixture assembly under supervision
- Document service reports and material usage accurately
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotations (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and mechanical interest
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas County
- Willingness to obtain plumbing apprentice certification within 6 months
