Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn and apply plumbing codes, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Operate and maintain basic plumbing tools and equipment under supervision
- Perform pipe fitting, drain cleaning, fixture repairs, and water heater installations
- Document service calls, complete work orders, and maintain inventory
- Participate in ongoing training programs to advance technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
