Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn pipefitting, fixture repair, and drain clearing techniques
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues under supervision
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across El Paso
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn hands-on skills
