Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Document work orders and communicate progress to project managers
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills and certifications
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided by company)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
