Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard equipment
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture repair, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Complete training modules to advance to Journeyman level
- Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand professionally
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train everyone!
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to submit to background check and drug screen
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Chicagoland
