Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection methods
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining services and answering basic questions
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver metro
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing certifications within 6 months
