Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Complete service reports and communicate effectively with homeowners
- Participate in weekly training sessions to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide full training!
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 2 years
