Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean work environments
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in 40-hour paid weekly training sessions
- Build customer relationships through professional communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to travel throughout Columbus metro area
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
