Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Tennessee plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services with rapid response capabilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver seamless renovations and new constructions
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Proficiency with trenchless repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Strong diagnostic abilities for water pressure, leaks, and pipe corrosion
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
