Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems under expert supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout service operations
- Collaborate with senior plumbers to troubleshoot complex problems
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide paid on-the-job training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain required Texas plumbing certifications within 6 months
