Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn proper use of plumbing tools, equipment, and safety protocols
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and system diagnostics
- Follow blueprints and building codes for accurate project execution
- Maintain clean work sites and organize tools/materials efficiently
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free workplace compliance
