Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing on pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards on job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Participate in hands-on apprenticeship training programs
- Document work progress and maintain service logs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Philadelphia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
