Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls (leaks, clogs, burst pipes) within 2-hour SLA
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and thermal imaging
- Perform water heater installations and boiler maintenance
- Document service reports and maintain inventory in mobile app
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and EPA disposal standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Ohio state license
- Emergency plumbing response certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficient in digital service reporting systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
