Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems under expert supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Perform routine maintenance on fixtures, pipes, and water heaters
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Assist senior plumbers with emergency service calls and installations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade County
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing license within 3 years
- Positive attitude and commitment to learning new skills
