Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with pipe fitting, fixture installation, and system repairs
- Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, and water heater maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all job sites
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer feedback
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate inventory of tools/materials
- Participate in emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Learn blueprints and plumbing codes through mentorship training
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing certifications within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be punctual and maintain professional appearance
