Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture installation, and pipe assembly under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Document service reports and inventory usage accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Illinois plumbing license within 12 months (company-sponsored)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
