Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes at all times
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools/equipment
- Develop customer service skills through client interactions
- Complete training modules to progress toward certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and tolerate heights
- Willingness to learn technical skills through hands-on training
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas Metroplex
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- No experience required – passion for skilled trades essential
