Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and building codes under supervision
- Perform system inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain clean job sites and proper safety protocols
- Document work orders and assist with inventory management
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we provide paid training!
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain PA plumbing license within 18 months
