Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, fitting, and system assembly under supervision
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with homeowners
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/outdoor conditions
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
