Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes while on job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly handle tools and materials
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and practical skill assessments
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Valley Plumbing Pros professionally
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Desire to grow professionally in a trade environment
