Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial properties
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and company standards
- Document work orders, materials used, and service completion reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Houston
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 2 years
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
