Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure full compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Document work orders and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and motor controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for high-voltage systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
