Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers in residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting techniques under expert supervision
- Perform basic fixture repairs and maintenance tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Use and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
- Participate in on-the-job training programs
- Support job site cleanup and organization
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
