Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems under supervision
- Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and company standards
- Maintain clean work sites and proper tool/equipment management
- Participate in paid apprenticeship training programs and skill development workshops
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners and property managers
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with a commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Resident of Georgia with legal authorization to work in the United States
