Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot common plumbing issues under supervision
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Basic plumbing system inspections and documentation support
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand professionally
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Pass background check and drug screening
