Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential/commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools
- Participate in 40-hour paid training monthly
- Document work orders and client interactions
- Develop troubleshooting skills under supervision
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Basic math and measurement skills
