Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose common plumbing issues and follow safety protocols
- Prepare job sites and transport tools/equipment safely
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and assembly under supervision
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to advance technical skills
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Pass background check and drug screening
