Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose water leaks, pipe bursts, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide emergency plumbing services with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Estimate project costs and maintain detailed service reports
- Mentor junior plumbers and conduct quality inspections
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (Class B or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
