Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks on-site, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment safely to and from job sites.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, marking areas, and setting up necessary tools.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under direct supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and the willingness to wear required PPE.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Experience in construction or labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
