Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance under expert supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Assist with fixture replacements, pipe repairs, and drain clearing
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes for all assignments
- Maintain clean job sites and company equipment
- Complete training modules to progress toward journeyman status
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Willingness to obtain plumbing licenses within 12 months
- Strong problem-solving and physical stamina
- Commitment to punctuality and professional appearance
