Responsibilities
- Learn and master plumbing installation techniques for residential and commercial systems
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing and repairing water leaks, clogs, and pipe issues
- Install and maintain fixtures like sinks, toilets, water heaters, and dishwashers
- Follow safety protocols and building codes in all work environments
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
- Document work performed and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding positions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain plumbing license (company-sponsored)
