Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Assist with pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater installations
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all tasks
- Maintain clean job sites and properly store equipment/tools
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix Valley
- Basic tool knowledge (hand/wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
