Responsibilities
- Perform basic plumbing tasks under the supervision of senior technicians, including pipe cutting, fitting, and assembly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Assist with installations of new plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure system efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and project clarity.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We value attitude and work ethic over specific history.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new techniques.
