Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of piping and fixtures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all installations meet local and national plumbing codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide updates on service status.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites efficiently and manage inventory.
- Participate in on-the-job training to master pipefitting and drainage systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required.
- Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards safety training.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths accurately.
- No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.
