Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using inspection tools and technology
- Assist with fixture installations, pipe repairs, and drain cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and building codes (IPC/UPC standards)
- Document work orders and maintain service logs
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain plumbing license within 12 months
- Background check and drug screen required
