As a Plumber Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training from master plumbers while working on residential and commercial projects across the Greater Phoenix area. Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic plumbing system diagnostics and repairs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete training modules and skills assessments
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotations (after 3 months)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Maricopa County
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
