Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized after every job.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and solutions clearly.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to obtain required state licensure (we provide training support).
- Basic math skills for accurate measuring and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- No prior experience is required, but a trade background is a plus.
