Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all operations
- Maintain clean work areas and properly handle plumbing materials and tools
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills and industry knowledge
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina plumbing license within 12 months (company-sponsored)
