Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Operate plumbing tools safely including pipe cutters, wrenches, and drain snakes
- Follow local plumbing codes and safety protocols for all job sites
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs
- Maintain clean work areas and company vehicles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Seattle metro
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
