Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and plumbing schematics
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture installations, and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes (IPC/Oklahoma amendments)
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with homeowners
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects and service calls
- Complete accurate job documentation and service reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma plumbing apprentice license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and installation techniques
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean record
