Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Install/repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Maintain clean job sites and follow safety protocols
- Document work orders and maintain client communication
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required—we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license (required for company vehicle)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
